How Offline Income Works

Every Brainrot placed on a pedestal at your base generates Cash per second continuously — whether you are actively playing or not. Income accumulates on the green collection pad in front of each pedestal. When you return, step on the pads to collect all accumulated Cash.

Offline income depends on four factors: the number of base slots filled, each Brainrot's rarity and upgrade level, active mutations, and your cumulative Rebirth cash multiplier.

Maximizing Base Slots

More pedestals mean more simultaneous income streams. Spend Cash to upgrade your base and unlock additional slots. Every empty slot is wasted offline potential. Fill every slot before logging off — even a Common Brainrot generates income, but higher-rarity units are dramatically better.

Replace lower-rarity Brainrots with higher ones as you progress. A single Divine Brainrot ($250,000/s) in one slot outperforms six Common units combined. Consult the tier list for rarity rankings.

Upgrading Placed Brainrots

Click the yellow upgrade sign in front of each pedestal to level up placed Brainrots. Each level increases income per second. Prioritize upgrading your highest-rarity units first since their income scales are larger. A max-level Divine Brainrot with 10x Rebirth multiplier can generate millions per second offline.

Rebirth Multiplier Stacking

Each Rebirth level adds a permanent cash multiplier (0.5x per level, max 10x at Rebirth 20). This multiplier applies to all Brainrot income including offline generation. Rebirth 10 (5x multiplier) quintuples every Brainrot's offline earnings. Push Rebirth levels for exponential offline income growth.

Mutation Stacking

Mutated Brainrots generate multiplied offline income. A Solar Wrath mutation (5x) on a Mythic Brainrot ($3,500/s base) produces $17,500/s offline. Hunt mutations during events and place mutated units at your base permanently. Details on the Mutations page.

Optimal Offline Setup

Before logging off: fill all base slots with highest-rarity available Brainrots, ensure all placed units are upgraded, prioritize mutated units, and verify your Rebirth multiplier is active. When you return, collect from all green pads immediately and reinvest in Speed upgrades for your next active session.

Longer offline periods benefit more from high-rarity slots than from quantity of low-tier units. Six max-upgraded Commons generate far less than two Divine Brainrots with Rebirth multipliers. If you are about to log off for several hours, swap any empty or low-tier pedestal with your best available unit — even temporarily — to maximize accumulated Cash on the green pads.
